I have been with Lancashire Eccles Cakes since January 2019, supporting the company in all aspects of our sales and its development. I have over 35 years’ experience in the food industry, with 20 years selling Cake in various roles from senior management of field sales teams, key account management, and business development. Sector knowledge encompasses all areas of the marketplace from Wholesale / Convenience to the major multiples, independent retailers and local distributors. My previous positions have given an extensive wealth of both industry and category knowledge, enabling me to contribute to the continued success and growth of Lancashire Eccles Cakes.
