The present Bakery is located in Ardwick, Manchester. The Bakery is a modern, custom built unit designed solely for the manufacture of Eccles Cakes and incorporates all the requirements necessary to meet the latest legislation on Health and Hygiene.
We employ between 60 – 70 highly skilled people, most of whom are employed in the production process. The vast majority of the staff live within the local area.
